Further to the announcement made on 12th September 2008 that XL Leisure Group Ltd, had entered into administration, Allbury Travel Group would like to firstly express their regret at this news and to reassure customers who have booked with us, to fly on board XL Airways that we are in the process of seeking to source flights with alternative airlines.
We will endeavour to source replacement flights in order of date of departure and will contact you accordingly with possible alternatives.
Customers booked with us to travel on board XL Airways will have three options:
- Allbury Travel Group will seek to re-protect the customer’s original holiday arrangements and reconfirm their booking with an alternative airline (in accordance with our booking conditions).
- If option 1 is not possible then Allbury Travel Group may offer an alternative holiday. The customer is under no obligation to accept an alternative holiday and if the customer decides not to accept the alternative holiday, they will then be entitled to claim for a full refund.
- If Allbury Travel Group is unable to source an alternative holiday (option 2), the customer can then cancel with a full refund.
